During your first session with a counselor you can expect a little paperwork, and a lot more getting to know each other. We highly believe in understanding the needs, concerns, and goals of each client--so we pride ourselves on learning these details from day one.
Please check with your insurance company for their out of network provider benefits if the name of your insurance company is not listed. We also work with various EAP (Employee Assistance Benefit) companies, please check with your company HR department for benefits. Co-Payments and behavior health coverage varies by network. If you are unaware of your insurance coverage, check with your insurance company to verify benefits.
Cancellation - Missed Appointment Policy We know your time is as valuable as ours and ask for your participation in helping us provide exceptional service. Each morning we receive calls from clients who wish to access open slots for emergencies and immediate needs. When clients call ahead to cancel or reschedule we can ensure other clients who need immediate assistance can get an appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 24 Hour prior notification for cancelling or rescheduling sessions. Our office policy for rescheduled or missed appointments without 24-Hour prior notice is:
Two (2) No-Show appointments without notification will result in dismissal from the practice.
A $75 fee will be billed for any missed or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours (not covered by insurance).
We accept cash, check, money order, or credit cards. We are also in-network with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Beacon Health, Cigna, Champ, Champ VA, Humana, Magellan, Tricare, and various EAP providers. We can also provide a claim form for anyone who'd like to submit the visit privately, or to an out-of-network insurance company.
